Agreed. I would not be at all surprised if some of Trump’s thugs are actually threatening members of Congress directly and that’s why they feign devotion. Meadows stopped cooperating very quickly with the Jan 6 Committee, but only after he turned over a lot of very damning text messages first, which are already getting out in the news.

My first thought when I heard this was that Trump’s goons got to him and told him to cease and desist in his compliance with the Committee. I would love to find out what’s going on behind the scenes. I hope one day we do.
