I have been 19 and 34. 19 is the legal age for many things, that doesn't make you an adult. I've never met a 19 year-old I would call "adult."
I know 34 year-olds who aren't adults too, but that's another story.
Love can transcend many things, but when love is tested, you find out how much other things matter--like how you deal with loss, stress, money, in-laws, job insecurity, and on and on.
The worst that can happen is that one day they realize it won't last. But they need to realize it, your opinion doesn't really count--no matter how much you care.
As long as they love each other, they have something to fight for, and they will.
All you need to do is accept it and be a good friend. If you are correct, they will suffer later, when it falls apart. Let them enjoy what they have now, for as long as it lasts.
