I just retired from Dolby Labs. I was asked to train people on Change Management. I read all the books, took notes and did my best to implement what I took from them. But all in all, none of them really helped.

My ultimate conclusion (and one I've written about) can be summed up in a single sentence: Change management isn't about managing change; it's about managing people.
