I think I have a better idea. Vet them properly. We have the system for it. We even asked three of them about respecting precedent and they all lied. We could tell they were lying because of what they'd all done and said before.

Kavanaugh's confirmation hearings were a joke. We don't need to "ban" anyone--Congress just needs to do its job and stop letting money and special interests control them.
