I unfollowed Tim after he posted spam for the purposes of making money in response to a comment I made about a piece he'd written.

Instead of ignoring or responding to what I wrote, he posted some lame bitcoin crap--essentially an advertisement for what he believes is the next big thing.

I don't think he's a particularly good writer. I read two or three good pieces by him and started to follow him early on. But then I read many more that were poorly written (I suspect produced in hurry).

That's fine, but when he started spamming me that was enough to turn me off.

He trumpets his own horn a lot but I have lost confidence in his integrity and frankly his honesty. So I don't read anything he writes anymore.
