If you mean in the civil case, after the defense puts on their arguments, and the prosecution crosses, I imagine the judge will determine a hefty penalty and move forward to revoke the relevant licenses on NY LLCs owned by Trump as well as order the appointed party to begin selling off assets to pay whatever penalty is assessed.

But then there will be an appeal, and perhaps all of the above will be postponed until after that is over. I'm not sure about that part.
