I’m not a salesperson. I like ideas, and if others don’t like mine, that’s okay by me. But this is different.

Here’s Why.

The Common Sense Party is not about culture wars, money, or politics as usual. They're about transparency. Their platform doesn’t tell people how to vote or how to think, but they do value honesty.

The goal of the party is to find political candidates who also value honesty and transparency and endorse them. They can be conservative or liberal, or somewhere in the middle. What matters is that they represent themselves honestly so you, the voter, can make an informed choice — one based on information rather than rhetoric and B.S.

We’re also working to set spending limits so money isn’t the deciding factor in who gets elected.

Right now, we are over 30,000 strong in California, where I live. When we get to 73,000, the magic happens. That’s the number needed to qualify for the same kind of funding and tax breaks Republicans and Democrats get.

It costs nothing to join — except a few minutes of your time. You just need to change your voter registration to “Other” and then type in “Common Sense Party.”
