I've participated in DEI though Dolby Labs, where I worked for ten years. Nobody serious about DEI stigmatizes anybody--that's antithetical to the purpose of the programs.

If white people can't include POC and women without turning that into a battle for their own self-worth then I'd say they might need a little therapy on top of DEI.
