Oh, another thing. When I use to do theatre, we always said "Stage fright is anxiety; anxiety is anticipation; anticipation is excitement; excitement is what fuels a good performance."

It's okay to have stage fright. It means you care enough about the work to have an emotional investment in the outcome. The key is to walk out there anyway and not let it control you.
