…with the rise of Trumpism in 2016, it all too often got the neutrality — objectivity balance wrong. It favored neutrality at the expense of objectivity and enabled lies and conspiracy theories to take root and grow in our political discourse. Or it sought neutrality in “both sides” false equivalencies.
Will the Media Repeat the Mistakes of 2016 in 2024?
