Sexuality is a spectrum and it appears as if gender is as well. We need to get away from the idea that we must always think in terms of male or female, gay or straight, etc.

These are outdated constructs. Unfortunately, the religions that I'm aware of leave no room for anything but the binary gender identification referenced in ancient scriptures.

If people are confused by this photo, perhaps they need to adjust their concepts of "normal" to include reality as it currently exists rather than relying exclusively on ancient writings of men who have always written about the rest of us in terms defined by their own experience, egos and limited subjective opinions.
