Thank you for making the point that people with pre-existing conditions should not be treated as if they deserve to suffer or die from Covid.

How did we become so selfish? And how is it that this selfishness is emulated and admired by others?

I don't remember it being this way when I was growing up--but that was before social media when people were accountable for their actions and their statements. Now any jerk can find more jerks to clap for them, regardless of how ignorant or obnoxious they are. So disappointing.
