They have the passwords. That is what access means. They can stop payments just like they already crippled USAID's entire communication system. Don't be naive. They are not trying to "fix" anything. They want to cripple the government. And now the Vice President has publicly stated that judges have no right to apply the law to stop them. What part of this are you not getting?
