This is a fantastic article. I wonder if removing all the old terminology and simply focusing on solutions without labels could help.
Jargon and propaganda are so inflammatory, it feels like we need to find a way to promote solutions without using them.
Btw, I too have no trouble paying taxes. I never have. I prefer the expression "tax benefits" to "tax burden" because I prefer to focus on the benefits of pooling resources to solve problems individuals can't solve. Building highways is not supporting lazy people! That would be my response to that argument.
