Well, FB is not news, it's gossip. It's how QAnon got it's hold on crazy people. What's wrong with going to sites that vet all their news in a sound and professional way?

I understand feeling like Zuck has taken something from you, especially if you're used to having it. But I don't understand why you would ever trust FB with news in the first place.

They can't vet the news to see what's true and what's BS, so to me it makes sense to use FB for connections with friends and follow the news where it's been professionally vetted by people who verify their content before they print it.

And what better way to stick it to Z (whom I am not a fan of) than to say "Okay, great. No news then. And no more money for YOU!"
