Well, when he's been in court so far, that's what he's done. He can't jump up and down and misbehave in court. So if he is in the courtroom, he will look weak not strong.

Unless he insists on taking the stand, where he can rant and rave to his heart's content--and all that will do is confirm his guilt.

It will be very interesting to me to see what actually happens.
