The statistics behind Stephen Spoonamore’s concerns about election results are alarming. Spoonamore is a data security expert and whistleblower who has been analyzing voting results for decades. And this is the first time in twenty years that he’s been been convinced of the need to send a candidate (namely, Kamala Harris) a “Duty to Warn” letter.

In his letter, Spoonamore not only outlines how the election may have been stolen, but says he believes a hand count of ballots would prove it.

“In my view it is a near certainty the results have been changed at a scale which reversed the US presidential election,” asserts preeminent computer hacking expert Stephen Spoonamore, in a “Duty To Warn” letter addressed to Vice President Kamala Harris
