While people generally don't like to be categorized, I think you've done a great job on this. I would add the category of "ignorant racist." That is someone who doesn't even realize how racist their upbringing was and sees their natural tendency to categorize black people differently as normal and therefore not racist.
My grandmother in Utah told me "Black people smell funny." I have no idea where she got that but this was from the time I was five. I'd never seen black people except on a bus. I remember trying to smell one to see if she was right.
I think the ignorant racist is like the man who is clueless to the way other men treat women. He figures if he doesn't rape, harrass, embarrass or put-down women then he doesn't have to concern himself with sexism in general.
The "nonsexist" as you might call him will behave as if women should just ignore taunts, unwanted attention, subtle indications that she shouldn't be allowed to show anger, frustration or sadness because men have trouble with women who are emotional. The nonsexist doesn't commit sexist acts so he feels justified in acting like they don't exist. But back to your nonracist category...
Here's a "nonracist" comment for you: I am constantly surprised by how much I have in common with black women. Wow. Why wouldn't I? We're all women.
