But I've been cranking since November and am getting stellar feedback from editors at pubs I submit to as well as readers--yet my stats are crap!

Thanks for writing this. I thought I just had to start over after taking time off, but now I think the algorithm has failed to pick up my stuff--which is really frustrating because I was building momentum and then--poof! Nothing.
