Yes. They are now doing more, in part because of the war in Ukraine. But even before that, Biden's climate agenda was moving forward--and whether it's appropriate or not, what we do often sets the stage for others.

Despite the damage the Trump years did to our reputation, we are still considered a global leader. So our example is still often a motivating factor for others. And if other countries manage to exceed our accomplishments in this area, that's a win for everyone.
